Two weeks ago I spoke with Signe Anderson and she had started to have a bit more energy and the test results were coming along. A mutual friend called her Thursday night and she has had a rough 12 or so days.  Low energy and discomfort. When her website is ready it would mean the world to her if the nice folks could send her postive emails.  For now if people would  send me an email I would pass it on to Signe. Signe always appreciates the musicians she played with (Asks about them constantly) and appreciates all the fans that purchase albums and go to the current Jefferson Starship gigs.  She has always been happy to see Paul and Marty play together and likes David Freiberg very much from the times their paths have crossed. Thanks so much, Airplane Man 10/21/06 Hi Airplaners: The info below says it best.  Signe will be facing more surgery.  I talked with her on 10/20/06 in the afternoon.  Even 1.00 helps.  We have lost enough of the 60's performers and need her to get well soon. I can tell you first hand what a class act she is.  When I first requested an interview for the book, she never brought up any illness.  She was more then willing to share great stories and had a fantastic memory of the past.
